Growing La Familia is a national training program developed by the Leadership Institute to prepare and professionalize Hispanic conservatives for leadership at every level—from grassroots activism to public office. As the fastest-growing segment of the electorate, Hispanic Americans play a critical role in the future of our nation—and the conservative movement.

This program provides structured, high-quality training in campaign management, civic engagement, communications, and leadership development. Growing La Familia ensures that Hispanic conservatives are not only engaged—but equipped—to represent their values, run for office, and strengthen their communities.

Robert's Rules of Order

The Robert’s Rules of Order Training Program is one of the Leadership Institute’s fastest-growing initiatives, equipping conservative leaders with the skills they need to govern effectively and lead with confidence.

Designed for elected officials, school boards, governing bodies, and advocacy organizations, the program teaches participants how to run efficient meetings, manage debates, and maintain order using Robert’s Rules of Order. Training covers essential topics such as motions, voting procedures, quorums, and strategic meeting management.

By mastering parliamentary procedure, conservative leaders are better prepared to advance their priorities, maintain transparency, and lead with professionalism and purpose.
