Their values of faith, family, and entrepreneurship naturally align with conservatism; the Growing La Familia Program aims to bridge and activate the vibrant Hispanic community within the conservative movement.
Growing La Familia goes beyond surface-level outreach by creating a culturally resonant
program that builds long-term relationships, develops conservative Hispanic leaders, and provides targeted training to help you make a real impact in your community. This program focuses on a “foundation-to-leadership pipeline” for Hispanics, building a movement that develops Hispanic candidates, local leaders, and influencers to drive conservative values forward.
