Course 1: The Decision to Run, Launch Strategy & Path to Victory This foundational course guides prospective state legislative candidates through the critical decision to run and the strategic framework required to win. Participants assess their personal, professional, and financial readiness while gaining a clear understanding of district dynamics, voter behavior, and turnout realities. The course walks candidates through calculating vote goals, identifying target voter universes, and constructing a district-specific Path to Victory. Participants also develop a practical launch timeline and a structured 90-day execution plan to ensure momentum from day one. By the end of the course, candidates will have a disciplined roadmap from decision through initial campaign implementation.
