Growing La Familia is meant to develop local Hispanic conservatives as community leaders, communicators, and organizers who can lead where they live. The program builds a foundation-to-leadership pipeline that begins with grassroots engagement and grows into local officeholders, community influencers, and effective grassroots leaders within the conservative movement. Each training strengthens a network of Hispanic conservatives capable of organizing, communicating, and leading at every level.

In addition, the training will highlight the importance of grassroots engagement, offering guidance on how to recruit volunteers, build local networks, and create momentum at the community level. Whether you are new to campaigns or looking to strengthen your current efforts, this training provides clear, actionable tools to help you reach more voters, build support, and run a more effective operation.
