Noel is the Leadership Institute’s Regional Field Coordinator for Indiana and Michigan.
Noel is a recent graduate from the University of Indianapolis where he honed his skills and knowledge of politics and community involvement in pursuit of a better future. While excelling academically, Noel also immersed himself in the world of Indiana politics to learn the significance of active engagement in shaping community policy. He is deeply committed to his local community through various outreach programs that improve the lives of those around him. When he is not immersed in politics or community work, he finds solace in the great outdoors. He embraces outdoor activities to rejuvenate his spirit and reconnect with nature further fueling his passion for environmental conservation.
