Lani Kaaa

Lani Kaaa is the Hawai‘i State Director for the Leadership Institute, where she equips rising leaders to engage, run, and win with excellence. A seasoned strategist, she’s led communications and field operations for major campaigns across the islands and served in key roles at the Hawai‘i State Legislature, including Chief of Staff, Caucus Manager, and Communications Director.

A proud University of Hawai‘i graduate with a degree in Business and a minor in Communications, Lani brings passion, purpose, and aloha to everything she does—building strong leaders and stronger communities statewide.
