Grant Cooke is the Regional Field Coordinator for the states of Illinois and Wisconsin. Previously, he served as the Illinois State Field Representative, where he led the Campus Field Program in both Group Creation and Contact Recruitment for the 2022-2023 school year. He is a graduate native of Dallas, Texas and graduated from Dallas Baptist University with Honors and a B.A. in Political Science. Politics have been a topic of fascination for Grant ever since the 2008 Presidential election; after that point in time, he has always kept up to date with the current/ongoing news and political issues.
After the 2016 election of President Donald Trump, Grant became involved in local political organizations such as Youth and Government and Texas Young Republicans. During this time is when he solidified his conservative views and decided that his career will be politically inclined.
Before working at the Leadership Institute, Grant had done work for the First Liberty Institute and the Center for Religion, Culture, and Democracy as one of their Research Fellows. In his spare time, Grant enjoys studying film and exercising the most important Amendment (in his opinion) of the U.S. Constitution: the 2nd Amendment.
