David Fenner

David Fenner is Vice President for Programs at the Leadership Institute. He has worked in the conservative movement for 30 years. He has served as Director of Programs at Council for National Policy, Vice President of CNP Action, Inc., and Treasurer for the Conservative Leadership PAC. A native of Atlanta, Georgia, David received his Bachelor's Degree from Emory University and his Law Degree from George Mason University. David lives in Fairfax, Virginia with his wife and three children.
