Click the sections below to find out what the Leadership Institute can do for you.

Become a conservative campaign leader.

Election margins these days are often razor-thin. But with the ideological difference between the parties wider than ever, even a few votes in key areas can have enormous consequences.

Meanwhile, leftists in many states change election laws and create whole new playing fields.

That’s why top-notch campaign leadership is so necessary. Conservatives must learn what it takes to win in new electoral environments. Then help to victory the candidates of their choice.

Would you like to become of these winning campaign leaders? If so, the Leadership Institute can help you realize your dream.

The Leadership Institute offers focused, proven-effective training programs to help you succeed at all levels of campaign leadership. You can follow in the footsteps of campaign leaders like Leslie Hubert of Wisconsin.

In 2022, Leslie took part in LI’s most intense training: Campaign Leadership College. In this nine day course, she learned everything there is to know about winning elections these days.

She then went on to a top campaign role for Senator Ron Johnson in his tight reelection race in Wisconsin. The lessons she learned at the Leadership Institute helped bring a four percent increase in turnout in Leslie’s region. Those votes made all the difference.

Leslie thanked the Leadership Institute, saying:

“As a mom of four, money is not free flowing.  So, the opportunity to attend the Campaign Leadership College with even a partial scholarship was exciting to me.  When I was given a full scholarship, I was floored!

The Leadership Institute took a former teacher turned semi-political operative and gave her the confidence to actually be a leader in the field.”

Now, Leslie holds another top campaign role helping conservatives win up and down the ballot in the key swing state of Wisconsin.  Her Leadership Institute training could lead to victory there this year.

Your Leadership Institute training could make an enormous difference as well. For you, for your conservative principles, and for America.

If you’re already experienced and want to become a campaign manager or other senior leader, LI’s Campaign Leadership College is perfect for you.

Campaign Leadership College is the most intense, in-depth LI training, with nine days of active learning from top election experts. It’s led by Dr. Mark P. Campbell, who managed Glenn Youngkin’s upset victory for Governor of Virginia in 2021.  You’ll learn the lessons that helped Leslie Hubert become a top campaign leader.

If you want to learn other campaign skills to help you succeed, the Leadership Institute offers many specialized trainings. For examples:

  • LI’s Campaign Academy will help you hit the ground running as a winning campaign leader. These trainings are held all over the country, and give you the tools to understand campaign strategy, messaging, fundraising, and voter outreach.
  • LI’s Campaign Management School gives you the proper tools and information to organize a campaign.
  • LI’s Campaign Management Workshop will teach you the practical aspects of managing a campaign.
  • And LI’s Campaign Data Workshop will help you learn to crunch the numbers, study your voters, and get them out to the polls for the candidates and causes of your choice.
