Women's Leadership Program
Mission
Women's Leadership Program
Leadership Institute’s Women’s Leadership Program equips conservative women — leaders, activists, concerned citizens, and potential candidates — with the skills to turn their principles into action… and win.
The program provides access to a network of training and advancement opportunities. Women gain a network of supportive women, scholarships to Leadership Institute’s premier programs, personal mentorship by industry professionals, and world-class leadership training. The program also partners with major conservative women’s organizations each year to provide activism, communications, and fundraising training for their members and leaders.
importance
Women Are Force Multipliers
They show up, they organize, they drive conversations around kitchen tables and in communities. They volunteer, organize, and fundraise at higher rates than men. Yet they remain under-recruited, underutilized, and underprepared in the political sphere. Too often, conservative women don’t take the next step in political leadership.
The Institute’s Women’s Leadership Program is a focused effort to professionalize, prepare, and mobilize the most influential and effective bloc in American politics to win where it matters most.
Through this program, LI identifies and connects principled conservative women to Leadership Institute’s network, mentors, and training. These women walk away prepared. The program builds strong candidates and campaign leaders, and equips women to influence policy, elect good conservatives to office, and mobilize conservatives.
