Clayton McDaniel is the Deputy Director of Ad Operations at The Prosper Group, bringing close to ten years of digital marketing experience to the team.

Prior to joining The Prosper Group, Clayton held a long-term position in IT at a Fortune 500 company managing internal and customer-facing systems. Always having an entrepreneurial spirit, Clayton then switched careers, when he and his wife started a local brick and mortar retail store with two locations. There he served as "chief data cruncher," analyzing all aspects of the business from everyday operations to marketing to finance. During this time, he became an expert in online advertising, particularly in the e-commerce and email acquisition space. His combination of corporate America and "main street" business experience allows him to bring a unique perspective to the table for our clients.

Clayton is an Indiana native, but has spent nearly half of his life in Iowa and Minnesota. Clayton graduated Iowa State University with a BS in Computer Science, and is currently finishing up his Master's in Business Administration.

Outside of work, Clayton enjoys hiking and exploring the outdoors, photography, learning new things, watching stupid-funny movies and attending any IndyCar race he has time for. Clayton lives in Indianapolis with his wife Alison, daughter Carly, son Max and goldendoodle Milo.
