Steven Panchenko

Steven Panchenko is the Regional Director for the Mountain West and Plains at the Leadership Institute. A former middle school teacher turned political professional, he has worked on campaigns at the local, state, and federal levels, including high-profile races such as Colorado’s 8th Congressional District with Gabe Evans. Steven has also played a key role in flipping traditionally blue areas like Aurora, Colorado, and Grand Junction, Colorado, to the conservative cause, demonstrating his ability to build coalitions and mobilize voters in challenging environments.

In addition to campaign management, Steven directed fundraising for the Colorado House Republicans, helping candidates secure the resources needed to compete effectively. At the Leadership Institute, he now works with candidates, elected officials, and grassroots leaders across the Mountain West and Plains to strengthen conservative leadership and achieve long-term policy victories.
