Noelle Bradley

Noelle Bradley serves as the Florida State Recruiter for the Leadership Institute, where she identifies and develops emerging conservative leaders across the state. Before joining LI, she was a Field Representative for Turning Point USA, organizing campus activism and training student leaders. She first connected with the Leadership Institute through her work with TPUSA, valuing the organization’s training and support, and now continues the role previously held by her fiancé, carrying forward their shared commitment to developing student leaders in Florida.

A proud Jacksonville, Florida native, Noelle graduated from Merrimack College with a bachelor’s degree in political science and double minors in Public Policy and Religious and Theological Studies. While in college, she was a member of Zeta Tau Alpha, serving as her chapter’s Panhellenic Delegate, and gained hands-on political experience as a Travel Aide on a Rhode Island gubernatorial campaign. These experiences helped shape her skills in leadership, grassroots organizing, and student engagement.

Outside of her professional work, Noelle is a devout Catholic who enjoys Bible studies, political and theological debates, camping, and visiting National Parks. She is an avid coffee drinker and collects coffee mugs from her travels. She plans to continue expanding the conservative and Christian movement throughout Florida and eventually raise her family in her hometown of Jacksonville.
