Joshua Howell

Joshua Howell serves as the Regional Field Manager for the Rust Belt at the Leadership Institute, where he focuses on strengthening grassroots networks, supporting conservative outreach initiatives, and equipping the next generation of conservative leaders.

Prior to joining the Leadership Institute, Joshua served as an Admissions Recruiter and Counselor at New College of Florida, overseeing recruitment efforts across 36 counties. His professional background also includes internships with the United States House of Representatives and the United Kingdom Parliament, where he gained valuable experience in legislative operations, political engagement, and public service.

Joshua graduated from Samford University with a Bachelor of Arts in Rhetorical Communication Studies and earned a Master of Science in Leadership from Grand Canyon University. During his undergraduate studies, he held several student leadership positions and advocated for students with disabilities, experiences that helped shape his commitment to service-oriented leadership.

Guided by his Christian faith, Joshua believes that effective leadership begins with a willingness to serve others. His approach to servant leadership emphasizes integrity, humility, personal responsibility, and investing in the growth and success of those around him. He is passionate about mentorship, helping others connect purpose and passion, and empowering individuals to realize their potential as principled and effective leaders.
