Cory Gibbons

Cory Gibbons is the Director of Marketing and Communications at Leadership Institute. Originally from Flint, she moved to Northern Virginia in 2014 to pursue her bachelor’s degree. While in school, she interned with Generation Joshua, where she worked on several political campaigns, Senator Jim Banks from Indiana.

After earning her degree, Cory worked in marketing and communications for several nonprofit organizations, including ParentalRights.org and Care Net, before joining Leadership Institute in the summer of 2023.

Cory holds an Associate of Applied Science in Dental Assisting from Mott Community College, a Bachelor of Arts in History from Patrick Henry College, and a Master of Science in Marketing Project Management from Liberty University.

Outside of work, Cory enjoys reading fantasy novels, traveling, baking bread, hiking, singing opera, and exploring a variety of yarn crafts.
