Carol Cocks

Carol Wehe Cocks is the Director of External Affairs at the Leadership Institute (LI).

In this position, Carol has travelled across the United States to partner with other conservative organizations. Together, they work to train conservatives of all ages -- to win!

Carol has worked at the Leadership Institute for more than a decade. Before her current role in External Affairs, Carol managed both the digital and fundraising trainings at LI.

Prior to working at LI, Carol managed social media and events at Hillsdale College’s Allan P. Kirby Center for Constitutional Studies and Citizenship; acted as social media manager at the Independent Women’s Forum, a non-profit dedicated to limited-government; and was a Recruitment Assistant at Professional Oklahoma Educators.

Carol received a BA in Political Economy from Hillsdale College. She grew up in Spring, Texas and remains a Texan at heart... but home is now wherever her Coast Guard husband, Chip, and their daughters live.
