Anna Hanger DeJarnette

Anna Hanger serves as Family Research Council’s first Director of Gift Planning.  In an effort to build the program, Anna has begun marketing planned gifts through direct mail, newsletters, personal visits, and events.

Before joining Family Research Council, Anna worked at the Leadership Institute as a Planned Giving Officer. While there she brought in over 1.4 million dollars in current and deferred gifts. Anna was responsible for: handling 215 donors, coordinating estate planning seminars around the country, managing a Donor Advised Fund worth over 2 million dollars, writing for LI’s planned giving newsletter, and marketing Charitable Remainder Trusts and other gift planning vehicles.

Anna is a graduate of Bryan College and has a degree in Political Communications.

She lives in Falls Church, Virginia and enjoys, playing soccer, ballroom dancing, and reading during her free time.
