Andrea Raffle is the Pennsylvania Grassroots State Director. She has spent the past decade working in politics in various capacities on the Campaign, PAC, Committee and Legislative sides.
She first started in politics volunteering for campaigns on the local, state, and federal levels and her first few jobs out of college were working in field roles on campaigns in Virginia, Iowa, Pennsylvania, and Oregon.
Andrea spent a large part of her career working in the United States Senate for Former Senator Pat Toomey (R-PA). She began as a Constituent Services Representative for the Senator. She was eventually promoted to being his Grants Coordinator as well as covering his SBA and FEMA portfolios throughout the pandemic assisting in obtaining upwards of $230 million dollars in grants for Pennsylvania projects. During this time Andrea was heavily involved in local county party politics assisting with Communications and Candidate Recruitment.
Prior to joining the Leadership Institute Andrea worked for the Republican National Committee as the Pennsylvania Election Integrity Director and is an expert on the Pennsylvania Election Code. In this role she traveled the Commonwealth educating and training thousands of voters on how to get involved in the electoral process as poll workers and poll watchers so they can be more confident in our election process.
Andrea grew up in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. She attended the Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. where she earned her B.A. in Politics with dual concentrations in American Politics and Political Theory. In her spare time Andrea can be found cooking for family and friends or reading a good book.
