The closing weeks of a campaign require a different management approach. Limited time, money, candidate attention, and production capacity must be concentrated on the actions most likely to move votes and protect the campaign.
In this webinar, Ron Nehring will cover maintaining a single closing argument, controlling campaign funds and commitments, prioritizing candidate time, directing rapid response, coordinating staff and allies, managing vendors and risks, and preparing for debates, late attacks, and changing political conditions.
Participants will learn how to establish a disciplined daily decision-making process, separate real threats from distractions, reduce low-value activity, preserve financial and legal reserves, and prepare for every possible outcome, including victory, defeat, delayed counting, or a contested result.
