New Jersey Legislative Leaders Program- Legislative Support Staff

Leadership Institute's Legislative Leaders Program delivers our Legislative Support Staff Training. This professional development program is designed specifically for district aides serving state legislators. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the district aide’s role and learn practical strategies to enhance office efficiency and effectiveness.

The workshop will cover:

• Strategies to improve efficiency of day-to-day operations
• Techniques for drafting clear, professional written responses to constituents
