Whether you're preparing to take office or have recently begun your term, this conference will provide the foundational knowledge, practical skills, and confidence needed to serve your community effectively from day one.

Attendees will receive training on the essential responsibilities of school board service, including effective governance, board roles and responsibilities, legal and ethical obligations, conducting productive meetings, working with superintendents, policy development, and best practices for making informed decisions on behalf of students, families, and taxpayers.
