Two-Day Hands-On Training for Organizers, Candidates, and Activists


This intensive weekend bootcamp equips participants with practical, battle-tested skills to launch, run, and win modern political and advocacy campaigns. Through a fast-paced mix of lectures, interactive workshops, and real-world exercises, you’ll master the essential tools of persuasion, technology, organizing, and mobilization. Whether you're running for office, building a grassroots organization, or advancing a cause, this program delivers immediately applicable strategies.


Program Schedule

Friday: Foundations of Campaign Execution

  • 8:00 AM – Persuasive Communications: Craft compelling messages that cut through noise and move VOTERS AND DONORS to action.
  • 9:00 AM – AI for Campaigns: Leverage artificial intelligence for research, content creation, targeting, and rapid response.
  • 10:00 AM – Organizational Fundraising: Build sustainable funding streams with donor cultivation and small-dollar tactics. 
  • 11:00 AM – Volunteer Recruitment: Attract, onboard, and retain high-performing volunteers.
  • 12:00 PM – Effective Digital Strategy: Master platforms, content calendars, and paid/organic tactics to dominate online.
  • 3:00 PM – GOTV (Get Out The Vote): Proven field tactics to turn supporters into voters on Election Day.
  • 4:00 PM – Persuasive Communications (Repeat): Craft compelling messages that cut through noise and move VOTERS AND DONORS to action.
  • 5:00 PM – Volunteer Recruitment (Advanced): Scaling teams and maintaining momentum. 


Saturday: Mobilization and Growth

  • 8:00 AM – GOTV (Field & Digital Integration): Combining data, digital tools, and ground game for maximum turnout.
  • 9:00 AM – Persuasion Communications Part 2: Refine delivery, storytelling, and objection handling. While this class builds on previous content, it can also be attended as a stand-alone.
  • 10:00 AM – Canva for Campaigns: Create professional graphics, ads, flyers, and social content quickly and cost-effectively.
  • 11:00 AM – Volunteer Recruitment (Repeat): Attract, onboard, and retain high-performing volunteers.
  • 12:00 PM – Growing Your Political Organizations: Usable tactics for scaling impact, infrastructure building, and long-term sustainability, that you can put into practice immediately.
  • 3:00 PM – AI for Campaigns (Repeat): Leverage artificial intelligence for research, content creation, targeting, and rapid response.
  • 4:00 PM – Campaign Communications: Advanced messaging frameworks and crisis communication.
