Train on messaging development, mobilization, and becoming a leader within this diverse community. This event will bring together people from different backgrounds and histories, united by faith, family, and entrepreneurship.

Develop the skills you need to be a conservative community leader, communicator, and organizer who can lead where you live. The program builds a foundation-to-leadership pipeline that begins with grassroots engagement and grows into local officeholders, community influencers, and effective grassroots leaders within the conservative movement.

What will you learn?

Message Development: Learn to tailor your messaging and effectively mobilize your community. Using real voter data and demographic insights, you’ll be guided in creating messages that resonate with diverse Hispanic audiences. 

Mobilization: Learn practical strategies for engaging and mobilizing others through meaningful conversation, community events, canvassing, texting, or calling. You'll discover impactful tools for real-world settings.

Step Into Leadership: Explore the path from community involvement to leadership roles. Whether you're considering running for office or leading local initiatives, we'll guide you through the steps to make a meaningful impact.
