Kansas Conservative Activist Workshop
This training is designed to help local leaders, volunteers, and campaign teams build a stronger, more organized party structure while improving their ability to communicate effectively with voters.
Participants will learn the fundamentals of building and maintaining a functional local party infrastructure, including how to organize teams, manage responsibilities, and create systems that support consistent activity and long-term growth. The session will also focus on voter communication, helping current and future leaders lead effective voter engagement efforts at the door and on the phone with clarity and confidence.
Attendees will gain insight into how to have effective conversations, stay on message, and build positive interactions that strengthen relationships within the community.
