The Leadership Institute's Candidate Development Workshop helps current and prospective candidates and their teams identify the steps to run a successful
campaign.
This eight-hour workshop focuses on political preparation for future service as an elected official and community leader.
Ideal attendees for the Candidate Development Workshop are current candidates, prospective candidates, local activists and leaders, as well as conservatives who want to become more politically active.
You will learn how to:
• Determine a campaign strategy
• Organize a campaign staff and structure
• Raise funds
• Recruit volunteers
• Communicate with voters
