High-intensity communication involves delivering, clear, persuasive, and high-stakes messages designed for maximum impact, often used in leadership, crisis management, or negotiations.

It centers on tailoring messages to specific audiences, using compelling language, and ensuring high-information density for efficiency, particularly when under time constraints or in high-pressure situations.

Join the Leadership Institute for an on-point program designed to help School Board Leaders message clearly and confidently with their constituents, media, supporters, and adversaries.

The dinner speaker is Beverly Hallberg, President of District Media Group.

Ms. Hallberg is an expert media coach whose focus is coaching others to be their “best self” for both print and broadcast media. She has trained members of Congress, CEOs, policy wonks, reporters, non-profit and movement leaders, and politicos. She also specializes in message development, talking point construction, and message creation.

Cat Parks, representing Leadership Institute, will moderate a question answer session with Drew Sexton, owner of Code Red Communications.

Mr. Sexton continues to win on the front lines with nationally recognized elected officials and campaigns handling communications, media relations, and campaign strategies.

This hands-on event will provide practical tools, valuable insights, and effective strategies to lead confidently and restore common sense conservative values in schools.
