The Leadership Institute’s (LI) mission is to increase the number and effectiveness of conservative activists and leaders in the public policy process. The Institute identifies, recruits, trains, and places conservatives in government, politics, and the media.

We are excited to welcome you to the Leadership Institute training in Las Vegas, Nevada. This workshop at Plaza Hotel & Casino includes lunch and validated parking. During our time together, we seek to equip current and future leaders with practical skills while Growing La Familia- building a stronger network of conservative leaders.
Participants will explore:
- The Real Nature of Politics, gain a deeper understanding of today’s political landscape.
- Volunteer Recruitment, build and mobilize strong grassroots teams.
- Together for the Future, strengthening Hispanic and Latino engagement and expanding civic engagement outreach within Latino communities.
- Disarming the Left’s Rhetoric, learn communication techniques to empower conservatives wherever they are- from schools to the campaign trail.
