David Blair at University of Nebraska at Omaha

David Blair is the Executive Director of the Conservative Leadership PAC ("CLPAC") and President of the Blair Group LLC.  As Executive Director of CLPAC he identifies talented, principled conservatives to deploy as youth coordinators in hotly contested races all over the country. 

Formerly, David served as Director of the Leadership Institutes' flagship training program the Youth Leadership School.  In this role, David trained more than 5,000 conservative young people on the principles of mass-based youth organizing.

As a youth organizer himself David led the youth effort in 2016, working out of Trump Tower as the National Director of Youth for Trump.  He went on to oversee youth outreach on the Presidential Transition Team and served as the Deputy Press Secretary at the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

As an advocate for free speech on college campuses, David was involved in the promotion and execution of President Trump's Executive Order on free speech and has contributed to Fox News on the topic.  David has been a speaker at CPAC, Japanese CPAC, the Western Conservative Summit, Turning Point USA's Teen and Student Action Summits, Values Voter Summit, Generation Joshua's iGovern summits, and is a speaker for the Leadership Institute's "Liberal Privledge" tour.
