Join the Leadership Institute for a timely, practical webinar designed to help participants confidently navigate convention proceedings, make motions correctly, understand the role of the chair, and avoid common procedural pitfalls.
This training will focus on core Robert's Rules concepts most relevant to the state convention, with special attention to Texas party rules
Participants will also have the opportunity to ask questions and explore Texas-specific scenarios they are likely to encounter.

· Stephen Aaron, Leadership Institute's own in-house expert on parliamentary procedure and years of Conventions at all levels will lead the program.
Additionally, there will be a panel of party leaders and activists who have decades of experience on the floor as delegates and the dais conducting grassroots through State conventions.
