ABOUT | LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE

The Leadership Institute’s (LI) mission is to increase the number and effectiveness of conservative activists and leaders in the public policy process. The Institute identifies, recruits, trains, and places conservatives in government, politics, and the media.

ABOUT | New Mexico Legislative Staff Workshop

This Legislative Staff Training is a professional development program designed specifically for district aides serving state legislators. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the district aide’s role and learn practical strategies to enhance office efficiency and effectiveness.

The workshop will cover:

  • Best practices for serving constituents
  • Strategies to improve efficiency of day-to-day operations
  • Techniques for drafting clear, professional written responses to constituents
  • Approaches to help your member strengthen connections within the community

By the end of the program, participants will be better equipped to support their office and contribute to effective, responsive representation. Learn from former staffers with years of knowledge and experience.


Who should attend? This professional development workshop is open to anyone already serving as a district aide or in a similar staff support role for a state legislator.
