The Leadership Institute’s (LI) mission is to increase the number and effectiveness of conservative activists and leaders in the public policy process. The Institute identifies, recruits, trains, and places conservatives in government, politics, and the media.

Strong organizations are the backbone of successful movements. Whether you are leading a grassroots group, serving on a board, or working to grow a cause you care about, building a sustainable and effective organization requires the right tools and strategies.

In this Leadership Institute program, participants will learn practical methods for strengthening and expanding conservative organizations. This training focuses on three key areas that help organizations grow their influence and impact: fundraising, grassroots lobbying, and strategic use of social media.

Attendees will learn how to:

• Raise funds effectively to sustain and grow their organization’s mission
• Engage in grassroots lobbying to influence policy and mobilize supporters
• Use social media strategically to build visibility, grow audiences, and activate supporters

Through practical guidance and real-world examples, participants will gain tools they can immediately apply to help their organizations become more organized, more effective, and more influential in their communities.
