Course 6: Effective Digital & Media Engagement
This course introduces participants to the fundamentals of communicating effectively through digital platforms and traditional media. Participants will learn how to craft clear, consistent messages, engage audiences on social media, and interact professionally with local media outlets. The session also explores strategies for creating responsible online content, maintaining a consistent digital presence, and using digital tools to inform and connect with the public. By the end of the course, participants will have a foundational understanding of how digital and media engagement can support public communication and civic participation.
