Course 5: Building A Strong Outreach Program

This course explores the role of grassroots outreach and voter engagement in strengthening civic participation. Participants learn how community-based efforts—such as door-to-door conversations, volunteer coordination, and voter education initiatives—can encourage greater public involvement in the democratic process. The session also examines how organizations and community leaders can use data, outreach planning, and volunteer networks to connect with voters and increase awareness of elections and public issues. By the end of the course, participants will understand the fundamentals of organizing community outreach efforts that promote informed and active participation in elections.
