ABOUT | Leadership Institute at the National Right to Life Conference

This summer, the 55th National Right to Life Conference will gather in Arlington, Virginia, under the theme “We the People: Standing for Life.” Just across the Potomac River from the nation’s capital, Arlington places you minutes from the monuments and memorials that tell the story of the United States of America. From this location, you can look out toward the Capitol, the White House, and the Washington Monument and remember that our founders pledged their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honor so that a new nation could rise in defense of human dignity. The Leadership Institute will also be present at the conference, offering special workshops to equip attendees with practical skills to advocate more effectively for the right to life.

Arlington sits at the heart of a vibrant region, with easy access to the National Mall, the Smithsonian museums, the Library of Congress, and the memorials to Washington, Lincoln, and Jefferson. Walk through Arlington National Cemetery, visit the Marine Corps War Memorial, or explore Old Town Alexandria’s cobblestone streets and waterfront. As the United States celebrates the 250th anniversary of its founding in 2026, Washington will come alive with special events, concerts, and fireworks across the city. During the conference, you will spend your days learning, planning, and praying with pro-life leaders from across the country, while also gaining valuable training from the Leadership Institute, and your evenings enjoying the historic sights of the nation’s capital during this historic celebration.

The Leadership Institute will be offering a series of specialized workshops designed to equip pro-life advocates with practical skills to strengthen and expand their efforts. Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in a fundraising workshop focused on identifying potential donors, crafting compelling appeals, building lasting relationships with supporters, and confidently asking for financial support. In addition, the Leadership Institute will host a communications workshop to help advocates share the message of life more effectively in today’s media environment, including a social media workshop on using platforms strategically to reach wider audiences, build engagement, and amplify pro-life messaging online, as well as a session on using artificial intelligence tools to help organizations create content, streamline communications, and increase their impact. Together, these hands-on workshops will provide participants with practical strategies, modern tools, and proven techniques they can immediately apply in their own communities as they work to defend and promote the cause of life.
