We are excited to welcome you to the Leadership Institute training in South Jordan, Utah. This dynamic program is designed to equip current and future leaders with practical skills, strategic insight, and real-world campaign knowledge while Growing La Familia—building a stronger network of leaders dedicated to service, collaboration, and expanding civic engagement within our communities.

Throughout the training, participants will explore The Real Nature of Politics, gaining a deeper understanding of today’s political landscape. We will share proven strategies in Volunteer Recruitment, highlighting how to build and mobilize strong grassroots teams. This will be followed by Together for the Future, a session focused on unity, long-term impact, and building sustainable leadership—with a special emphasis on strengthening Latino engagement, empowering Hispanic community leaders, and expanding outreach within Latino communities to ensure their voices and perspectives are represented in the future of civic leadership.

Special speaker Brent Lowder will teach the audience how to utilize Artificial Intelligence for Politics and Public Policy, demonstrating practical ways AI can support campaigns, businesses, schools, and everyday decision-making.

This comprehensive training is designed to inform, inspire, and prepare participants to lead with confidence and purpose.
