Michael Donnelly
ATTORNEY & PROFESSOR
Michael Donnelly JD, LLM is an attorney, law professor, and longtime advocate for homeschooling, parental rights, and educational freedom.
He previously served as Vice President at the Yes Every Kid Foundation and as Senior Counsel and Director of Global Outreach for the Home School Legal Defense Association (HSLDA), supporting homeschool families in the United States and abroad.
A Persian Gulf War Army combat veteran, Mike holds a Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law and an LLM in Constitutional and Human Rights Law from the London School of Economics.
He is a published author and frequent speaker on issues related to homeschooling and human rights.
He taught Constitutional Law at Patrick Henry College for nearly two decades and currently teaches international law for Regent Law School as an Adjunct Professor.
