The Leadership Institute’s (LI) mission is to increase the number and effectiveness of conservative activists and leaders in the public policy process. The Institute identifies, recruits, trains, and places conservatives in government, politics, and the media.

A consolidated version of our flagship program, the Youth Leadership School, the YLW allows you to customize your own training to fit the needs of your organization or cause. Our expert faculty will train you on three or more of our 14 different topics.
