As Texas conservatives prepare for precinct, county, and Senate District conventions, understanding Robert's Rules of Order and Texas-specific parliamentary procedures is essential to being an effective delegate, officer, or activist.

Join the Leadership Institute for a timely, practical webinar designed to help participants confidently navigate convention proceedings, make motions correctly, understand the role of the chair, and avoid common procedural pitfalls- before convention season is in full swing.

This training will focus on core Robert's Rules concepts most relevant to county and SD conventions, with special attention to Texas election law, party rules, and real-world floor dynamics. Participants will also have the opportunity to ask questions and explore Texas-specific scenarios they are likely to encounter.
