ABOUT | Oregon Campaign Leadership Boot Camp
The Oregon Campaign Leadership Boot Camp is an all-day, immersive training designed to equip and energize both current and prospective candidates, campaign managers, and campaign team members. This program provides a comprehensive overview of what it takes to plan, build, and execute a successful local campaign.
Participants will learn the essential components of campaign leadership, including campaign development, organization, messaging, voter outreach, and team management. The boot camp emphasizes practical skills and strategic preparation, helping attendees strengthen their personal, professional, and political readiness for future service as campaign leaders.
Whether you are considering a run for office, actively supporting a campaign, or looking to take on a leadership role within a political organization, this training offers valuable insights, proven strategies, and hands-on guidance applicable to campaigns at all levels.
Breakfast and lunch will be provided, allowing participants to focus fully on the training while also connecting with fellow candidates and campaign professionals throughout the day.
