Growing La Familia is a national initiative focused on building long-term conservative leadership within the Hispanic community. Hispanic Americans are the fastest-growing segment of the electorate and are increasingly shaping the political landscape.

Growing La Familia develops local Hispanic conservatives as community leaders, communicators, and organizers who can lead where they live. The program builds a foundation-to-leadership pipeline that begins with grassroots engagement and grows into local officeholders, community influencers, and effective grassroots leaders within the conservative movement.

Agenda

Message Development: Learn to tailor your messaging and effectively mobilize your community. Using real voter data and demographic insights, you’ll be guided in creating messages that resonate with diverse Hispanic audiences. 

Focus Areas:

• Reaching under-engaged and diverse communities
• Building trust and visibility outside election cycles
• Effective partnerships with community organizations (RNHA and FDF)
• Translating engagement into voter participation and volunteer growth
