Winning doesn’t happen by accident—it’s built. Build to Win: Vote Goals & Budgets is a practical, strategy-driven workshop designed to help candidates and campaign teams create a clear path to victory. Participants will walk through three core sessions:
- Vote Goals: Learn how to set realistic, data-driven vote targets that define what it takes to win
- Voter Contact Strategies: Build a focused plan to identify, reach, and persuade voters through every phase of the campaign
- Campaign Budgeting: Develop a disciplined budget that aligns resources with strategy from launch to Election Day
This workshop is built for real campaigns and real results. Candidates are strongly encouraged to attend with their campaign volunteers so the entire team leaves aligned, prepared, and ready to execute a winning plan.
