The Leadership Institute’s (LI) mission is to increase the number and effectiveness of conservative activists and leaders in the public policy process. The Institute identifies, recruits, trains, and places conservatives in government, politics, and the media.

The Parliamentary Procedure Program professionalizes conservatives for real influence in governance, legislative processes, and organizational leadership. It builds a trained corps of leaders ready to enforce rules, defend order, and guide decision-making in a disciplined and constitutional manner. Just as importantly, it equips them to maintain unity in diversity of opinion, keep coalitions intact through conflict, and preserve friendships and trust even after contentious debates.
