ABOUT | Storytelling Symposium Webinar: Why Stories are Important and How to Prepare Great Speakers

“Stories constitute the single most powerful weapon in a leader's arsenal.”

- Dr. Howard Gardner, Harvard University

“Inside each of us is a natural-born storyteller, waiting to be released.”

- Robin Moore, author

Stories are the most effective way to persuade audiences to join your cause. Whether you need funds, volunteers, policy changes, or votes, storytelling builds empathy, inspires connection, and moves people to action.

Abortion advocates have recognized this power. Entire activist efforts, such as WeTestify and Shout Your Abortion, are built around storytelling, supported by the mainstream media eager to amplify their narratives.

The Storytelling Symposium is designed for pro-life leaders, activists, policymakers, fundraisers, and anyone with a story to tell.

Join communications experts and real-world storytellers, including Dr. Heidi PetakMonica Snyder with Secular Pro-Life, and Melissa Ohden of the Abortion Survivor’s Network, as they examine the art of crafting impactful narratives, highlighting both strong and ineffective examples. Learn how to identify, prepare, and protect storytellers within your organization, and how to tell your own story with clarity and power!

The Storytelling Symposium will be held virtually via Zoom from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM Eastern Time.

Why should we learn to become better storytellers? Because stories win!

“Anyone who wants to win owes it to their cause to learn how.”

- Morton Blackwell
