This training is designed for community members who want to get involved at the local level and play an active role in strengthening their county party. Participants will learn how the caucus process works, why local involvement matters, and the practical steps anyone can take to bring structure, stability, and positive engagement to their county organization.
Whether you’re new to politics, looking to make a difference in your community, or hoping to take on greater responsibility within your local party, this workshop provides a clear introduction to how county caucuses operate and how you can contribute. Attendees will gain a better understanding of roles, procedures, and opportunities to lead—helping ensure their county party runs smoothly and effectively.
