Join Leadership Institute in Albuquerque, New Mexico, on Saturday, January 31, for the Candidate Recruitment Workshop, an afternoon packed with tools to help you win. This workshop will help you identify traits of strong candidates. Learn to identify, recruit and develop candidates from your community.
Ideal attendees for the Candidate and Campaign Volunteer Workshop are community members considering getting more involved in politics or local conservatives already taking action. candidates, prospective candidates, spouses, campaign staff, activists and volunteers involved at any level should attend.
Attendees will learn how to:
• Identify potential candidates
• Learn roles and responsibilities of a candidate
• Utilize a decision matrix to help candidates decide if they are ready to run
