Join us for a webinar focused on strategies for advancing school board accountability. We will dive into how and why zero based budget processes can yield better results for your district and effective ways to provide oversight and direction to your administrative staff to ensure you have the information you need to raise tough questions and accurately evaluate your district’s financial health. We will also learn effective strategies for constituent management and communications to help you amplify the great work we are doing for your community. We will also hear from local Minnesota school board members on their success in moving their district toward "measuring what matters", making that data transparent and easy to access and using it to do performance-based reviews of staff and leadership
