ABOUT | Washington State School Board Director Summit
This summit provides a platform for school board members to collaborate on policy initiatives and educational approaches that reflect their community's values. Through lectures, panels and discussions, attendees actively contributed to shaping the future direction of education in the state.
Washington State Representative Joel McIntire will provide a legislative update on new and current legislation that is impacting our local school districts. We will cover topics such as school finance, legal updates. Hear from our expert parliamentarian, Stephen Aaron on using Robert's Rules of Order to have your voice heard, especially when in a minority seat, and current events and solutions impacting local school districts.
