Kiley Smith -  Former Guest Speaker at the Leadership Institute

Kiley Smith serves as the Assistant Director for the Republican Legislative Campaign Committee (RLCC), an organization focused on building strong Republican representation in state legislative chambers across the nation.  The RLCC is part of the Republican State Leadership Committee, which focuses on down-ballot, state level races.  Kiley’s responsibilities at the RLCC include managing donor membership services, overseeing elected official fundraising in several target states and organizing briefing panels at key regional and national meetings. 

Kiley is a seasoned political and fundraising operative.  Previously, Kiley was Political Education Director at the RNC during the 2011-2012 cycle.  She served as Western Regional Political Field Director at the RGA in 2010 and is a former fundraiser for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.  Kiley’s field work includes time with Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell’s 2009 election campaign and Dino Rossi’s campaign for Washington Governor in 2008.  Kiley got her start in Republican politics serving as College Republican President at Washington State University where she graduated in 2007 with a BA in Political Science.  Kiley is originally from Gig Harbor, Washington.
