Madison Ray is a Program Coordinator at State Policy Network, serving on the operations team. She is the point of contact for Annual Meeting speakers. A May 2015 graduate of James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA, Madison double majored in political science and Spanish. Prior to her senior year in the summer of 2014, Madison interned with SPN, and further grew her passion for liberty, state focused policies, and limited government. Madison is a graduate of the Koch Associate Program.
