RJ Caster -  Volunteer Faculty at the Leadership Institute

RJ Caster joined Majority Strategies in time for the 2016 election cycle and brings with him a decade of digital advertising experience in his role as Senior Director of Digital Operations.

Before making the move to Florida to join Majority Strategies, RJ began his career working for Representative Roscoe Bartlett (MD06) as a congressional staffer. Following his time with the US House of Representatives, RJ moved to Texas where he became engaged with multiple political campaigns during the 2014 election cycle. During a brief hiatus from the political arena, RJ ran a digital department for an advertising firm in Austin, Texas specializing in brand and legal clients.

He has authored or co-authored articles on a wide range of political issues, and has appeared as a regular contributor to Red Maryland, The Daily Caller, and The American Spectator to name a few. RJ's political passion lies in Political Philosophy, and he presented alongside his college professor on the Anti-Federalist influence on today's Conservative movement at the Midwest Political Science Association Conference in Chicago, IL. He received his Political Science degree from Frostburg State University.

A glutton for punishment, RJ remains a loyal Dallas Cowboys fan and spends time waxing nostalgic about the 1990s Cowboys roster with a Shiner in hand. When he's not working, RJ can usually be found as far away from a computer as possible while mountain biking, participating in a GORUCK event, or reading political philosophy with a Strauss-like lens for the ironic.
